I was just reading an article about a college team doing team building using rope courses right before the season. I think it’s a great idea, especially for girls.
You see, while team chemistry is a key performance factor in our sport, it’s an even more important for female athletes. That’s because girls and women tend to value more the companionship, the connection and their relationships with their teammates than men do. That helps them enjoy the game more and play better.

So, it’s a very wise move to include some form of team building activities into your planning especially before the season to develop good team chemistry.
